Account Management Team

Account Executive
  • Focus on strategic planning and advanced group health benefits underwriting knowledge
  • Maintain key vendor relationships

  • Implement new and manage existing benefits programs
  • Act as an intermediary between client and program’s vendors

  • Track financial trends in the group healthcare and insurance marketplace
  • Manage all marketing and renewal activity on client’s behalf
  • Advocate with vendors on behalf of plan members and provide day-to-day support for Human Resources
Group Retirement Plans
  • Comprehensive 401(k) Plan consulting and operational support as a 3(21) fiduciary advisor
  • Proactive service provider relationship management
  • Plan design, compliance tracking, investment analysis and participant education
Executive Benefits
  • Design, provide and service programs such as Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERP), Executive Long-Term Care and Key Person/Buy Sell strategies and funding
  • Review existing personal life, long-term care and disability programs, helping ensure that they have proper owner, beneficiary and premium structures
  • Referrals to specialists for individual financial planning needs
COBRA Services
  • Confidentially manage all COBRA documentation
  • Manage participant communications and premium transactions
  • Assist with participant claims and eligibility
Compliance Services
  • Provide signature-ready 5500 services for all health & welfare lines of coverage
  • Offer a “wrap-around” Summary Plan Description
  • Set up access to compliance tools with resources for ERISA and Labor Law compliance and Human Resources administration
