We have a lot of juice when it comes to midsize employers, and we can offer midsize clients a lot of help. These employers have really neglected to look at partial self-funding, but we now have a rich opportunity to examine the partial self-funding environment. Once we examine it and get the data, we get the ability to measure how we are doing on our engagement programs, and we get a lot more visibility into the group and how the group is running in a midsize group when we can look at a partially self-funded plan. At the end of the day, the advantage with the midsize employers is having the data. With the data, we can see what is going on within the plan, and we can control costs by engaging employees in the right areas to save our clients money.
